Overview
The automatic auger hopper filling machine is applied to the
filling powder and fine powder products. The machine man
automatically do metering,filling,air flushing. The auger is driven
by servo motor to measure and fill. It is used by filling powder.
Be applicable for packing milk powder, monosodium glutamate, solid
beverage,icing sugar, coffee powder,solid medicament, powdery &
grainy additive, dye agent, etc.
Feature
-Wide-opening double doors, totally transparent function of all the
machine parts are easily observed, easy maintenance, easy access.
-The whole stainless steel, the hydraulic-pneumatic rise and fall,
operate simple relaxed.
-For the easy flow material, the discharging spout is equipped with
a flip shutter to prevent leakage and drops which may affect the
pouch sealings.
-Electrical equipment: all adopt imported foreign brands, servo
moter, PLC smart control panel, frequency variable speed control,
radio frequency material level control, contactor circuit of
stirring motor and feeding motor, exhaust fan, nitrigon filling
flow and timing control system.
