Machinery Co.( Ltd., is located in Jintan District, Changzhou City,
Yangtze River Delta Economic Development Zone. Mainly engaged in
providing overall solutions for smart workshops in pharmaceutical,
biological, health product and daily chemical industries and
manufacturing, selling, importing and exporting other packaging
machinery products, it is a high-tech enterprise and a member unit
of China Association for Pharmaceutical Equipment.

Overview of production line
The series of products are mainly used for filling ofdialysate,
reagents and raw materials in such industries asmedicine, biology,
chemical industry, etc. The wholeproduction process conforms to the
new version GMP requirements. The production line inherits
internationallyadvanced technology, and incorporates various
patentedtechnologies with independent intellectual property rights.
It has reached the advanced level and can replace similarimported
products. The production line is also suitable forhigh- end large
barrel flling in other industries.
Main features
- It adopts the weighing type filling principle to ensure that the
liquid is free from contamination. The filing accuracy is high. In
applications where the requirements are not high,the self-flow type
or negative pressure type filling principle can be adopted.
- The filling system is provided with the anti-leaking device,
realizing filling from the bottom of the bottle, rising slowly and
avoiding bubbles.
- The filling volume is adjusted on the man-machineinterface with
simple operation and fast adjustment.
- During bottle washing, the robot arm is adopted to grabthe
bottle, make the bottle mouth face downward forwashing, and swing
the bottle to the left, right, front andback at different angles to
let the residual water in thebottle flow out.
- During cap turning, the mechanical hand is adopted forcap taking,
and the three-gripper pneumatic cap turninghead is adopted for cap
turning. Driven by servo motor with adjustable torque.
- It can be equipped with a stoppling mechanism.
- The whole line adopts the PLC control system with variable
frequency speed control and high degree Oautomation.
- The whole line adopts linear bottle moving. In order tosave
space, the rotary bottle moving mode can also beadopted.
- The whole line is designed according to GMP requirements.
- The whole line can complete illing, case packing,palletizing,
etc, only requiring 1-3 people for operation.
