Overview
YG four-pump in-line liquid filling and capping machine is a new
generation of practical products developed according to foreign
advanced technology to meet the market demand. It has the
advantages of high precision, long life, high temperature
resistance and corrosion resistance. This machine is a kind of
filling and sealing machine, suitable for pesticide, chemical,
medicine, food, cosmetics and other industries.
Remark: also applied to seal aluminum cap, anti-theft cap, screw-
thread cap etc.

-Adopt SS316L injection pump to fill high precision, large range of
adjusting dosage.
-SS316L Volume injection pump system does not absorb the
medicament,good chemical stability, be able to resist high
temperature and erosion.
-Low level liquid receiver, be convenient to clean.
-No bottle, no fill. Auto quantity counting.
-Filling system has the function of shrinking, no drop leakage.
-Apply to fill various viscosity liquid.
-Filling needle is diving bottom of bottle to fill and moving up
slowly, avoid bubbling.
-Filling and sealing are in one body of the machine, economical and
low space possessing.
-Magnetic moment capping system, adjust degree of tightness freely.
-The whole machine is designed according to the requirements of
GMP.
