Machinery Co.( Ltd., is located in Jintan District, Changzhou City,

manufacturing, selling, importing and exporting other packaging

Overview
This series model is monobloc of filling and capping in one
machine, which use rotary volumetric piston pump filling, rotary
capping, widely used in pharmaceutical, foodstuff and agrochemical,
fully conforms to GMP regulations.
Features
-Integrating filing and capping, taking small floor space.
-Adopt the volumetric injection pump to fill high precision, also
fill various viscosity liquid. Easy knock-down pump structure,
convenient to clean and sterilize.
-The piston ring of volumetric injection pump use different
materials of silicon, polyflon or other kinds according to liquid
characteristic, use ceramic pump in special industry.
-It adopts the PLC control system with variable frequency speed
cortrol and high degree of automation.
-Filling amount of all pumps are major adjusted in one time,minor
adjustment for each pump. Easy and quick operate.
-The filing system is provided with the anti-leaking device,
realizing filing from the bottom, rising slowly and avoiding
bubbles.
-Function of auto pick cap, and high capacity quality.
