Overview
The automatic sauce bottling production line is suitable for
filling and packaging glass or plastic bottles of ketchup, ketchup,
jam, peanut butter and other viscous sauces, which are widely used
in food, medicine and other industries. GP turntable, XO bottle
washer, AVF sauce filling machine, XG capping machine, LT adhesive
labeling machine, complete bottling production line. It is the most
complete filling line in the market. It has the characteristics of
high precision and fast filling speed, and fully meet the
requirements of GMP.
Main Performance characteristics
- The use of volume metering pump for metering. Servo drive,
man-machine interface to adjust the filling volume, high filling
precision, wide range of measurement adjustment. The pilling volume
of each pump can be all adjusted, but also to the pump for fine
tuning. Quick and easy to adjust.
- CIP/SIP cleaning and disinfection system can be equipped.
- Adopt stainless steel pneumatic control valve, suitable for
material of different thickness.
- Pneumatic control of leak-proof needle, no leakage needle and
drawing phenomenon.
- High position liquid storage tank is adopted. Material supply is
controlled by level switch. Thermal insulation system is available.
- Variable frequency speed regulation, PLC control, no bottle
filling.
- The whole machine is designed according to GMP requirements.
