Overview
AVF series filling machine fully meet GMP requirements. This series
of filling machine can fill high concentration liquid, such as
tomato sauce, toast sauce, oil, and hot pepper sauce. AVF automatic viscosity filling machine is designed by referring to
the same kind of foreign filling machines with extra functions
increased. The product is simple and convenient in operation, error
correction, machine cleaning and maintenance. Widely used for
filling various kinds of viscosity liquid products in the
industries of daily chemicals, foodstuffs, pharmaceutics and oil etc.
Features
-Adopt injection pump to fill high precision, large range of
adjusting dosage.
-It allows to adjustment of filling volume for all filling pumps at
the same time, also for minor.

-This pump system don’t absorb the material, good chemical
stability. It has particular advantage when filling erosive
material.
-All contact parts is made of SS 316L and silicone tube, be
convenient to clean by CIP.

-All of electric elements choose famous brand such as Italy AT,
Japan Mitsubishi and Korea AUTONICS.
-Frequency conversion control speed,auto count, no bottle no fill.
-The whole machine is designed according to requirements of GMP.
