Overview
This machine is used for rinsing glass and plastic bottle by clean
compressed air, which enters into the bottle, rinses the internal
of bottle and then is absorbed out from another exit. Since the
machine is fully enclosed, the powder, dust, water drops or
impurities in bottle or on the wall of bottle can be blown away,
the development and manufacturer of the equipment fill in the gap
in the market. With continuous improvement for several years, this
kind of equipment has been launched in mass and obtained above 90%
of domestic market shares. It has been granted with several patents
in China.
Features
-Simple structure, stable function, easy operation and low
maintenance cost.
-It is equipment with ion generator to effectively remove static
electricity, reduce powder and dust adsorption with good dust
removing effect.
-Automatic bottle feeding and discharging. The cylinder baffle
makes it convenient to change bottles of different sizes. Just
adjust the height of the nozzle and the distance with the cylinder
baffle.
-PLC control and man-machine control for bottle washing process.
-Automatic counting. No action is made if there is no bottle.
-The machine can remove all micro particles and powder in the
bottles.
-The particles removed are discharged through vacuum suction,
without recirculation and pollution to the environmment.
-The machine body and parts are made of SS 304 with polished
surfaces, easy disassembly and cleaning
-The whole machine is installed with Plexiglas door and provided
with the function of stopping the machine when the door is opened.
-The washing quality conforms to the GMP requirements.
