Overview

This production line mainly produces silicone waterproof LED soft light, its principle is to make the LED strip be wrapped with a layer of silica gel automatically, and make the LED soft light strip waterproofed. This production line can achieve solid core (potting), tubular (casing), half tubular (potting shape), double-color neon lights and so on products. The thickness, shape of the silicone layer can be customized accordingly to users' and optical requirements.

Since the silicone extrusion LED lights belt is the characteristics of cold extrusion and thermoforming, in order to ensure the lights glowing with good consistency and smoothness and transparency, high requirement to the stability of the extruder, extrusion speed demands evenly, transmission parts and screw wear resistance, the machine requires low noise, cold extrusion mechanism demands evenly, tunnel furnace heat evenly, heat preservation effect is better, calorific efficiency higher requirements.
