Machinery Co.( Ltd., is located in Jintan District, Changzhou City,
Yangtze River Delta Economic Development Zone. Mainly engaged in
providing overall solutions for smart workshops in pharmaceutical,
biological, health product and daily chemical industries and
manufacturing, selling, importing and exporting other packaging
machinery products, it is a high-tech enterprise and a member unit
of China Association for Pharmaceutical Equipment.

Overview
The series of products are suitable for filling of
dialysate,reagents and raw materials in such industries as
medicine,biology, chemical industry, etc. The whole
productionprocess confomms to the new version GMP requirements. As
the packaging materials are all irregular- shaped bottles, more
robot functional devices or techniques are incorporated. It has
various patented technologies within dependent intellectual
property rights. It has reached the advanced level and can replace
similar imported products.
Performance features
- Three-in-one structure of bottle unscrambling, fillingand cap
turning, taking small floor space with stable andreliable
operation.
- The ceramic pump or peristaltic pump flling principle is adopted
to ensure that the liquid is free from contamination during
filling.
- The filling volume is adjusted on the man-machineinterface with
simple operation. Filling is carried out whenthere is any bottle,
and no filling is carried out if there is no bottle. No leakage.
- The whole line adopts the PLC control system with variable
frequency speed control and high degree of automation.
- Effective methods are available to complete thefunctions of
bottle unscrambling, bottle positioning for various
irregular-shaped bottles or bottles with different thickness,
meeting the needs for automatic.
- It can be equipped with 100-grade laminar flowprotection and dust
particles and airborme microbe detection system.
-The cap turning mechanism can be driven by servomotor with
adjustable torque.
-The whole line is designed according to GMP requirements.
